These terms cover your use of Second Opinion, operated by Panoptic Digital Architecture, LLC. By using the site, you agree to them. We have kept them short and readable on purpose.

What Second Opinion is

Second Opinion gives you a free preview audit of your local-search visibility, and an optional full report for a one-time $5. Everything we report is based on publicly available information about the site you submit. It is meant to inform your decisions. It is not professional, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a guarantee of any particular search ranking or business result.

The free audit

The free preview is provided as-is and is rate-limited (a set number of audits per day) so the service stays available to everyone. We may adjust these limits over time.

The $5 full report

The full report is a one-time digital purchase, processed by Stripe. Once your payment is confirmed, your report is unlocked on this site and available at its own shareable link. We do not store or see your card details.

Refunds

Acceptable use

• Only audit websites that you own or are authorized to audit.
• Do not attempt to overload, disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Do not use the service to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights.

Accuracy and no warranty

Our audit is automated and relies on public data and third-party services, including AI models whose answers vary from day to day. We work to make it useful and honest, but we provide it "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Treat the results as a directional signal, not a promise.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Panoptic Digital Architecture, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Second Opinion. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the report in question, which is at most $5.

Third-party services

Parts of the service depend on providers such as Stripe, Cloudflare, and Google. Your use of those parts may also be subject to their terms.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms. If we make a material change, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the service means you accept the current terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
